you like. Buy a pass and come 2-3 times a week, as your schedule
allows. Classes are offered seven days a week, mornings and
evenings. Click here to be directed to the Class

- Download the Registration
Form and bring it with you to the first class, or simply come 15
minutes early to your first class and fill out the form
here.
- We provide the yoga mats and all props.
- Wear comfortable movable clothes, like leggings or
shorts and a t-shirt, and bare feet.
- Your class will be both active and relaxing, and a
little bit different each day. We balance some consistent
practices with variety to keep it fun!
- Yoga Centers has been open since 1992, teaching
authentic yoga long before it was a trend. We love yoga and hope
you will to!

What to Bring
Yoga Centers is a fully-equipped studio with three yoga rooms. We
provide all the props you would use in a class, such a sticky mats,
blocks, foam pads, bolsters and belts. If you have your own mat,
however, and you prefer to use it, you are most welcome to bring it
with you. Since we move the mats around during class, please have your
name on a corner of the mat though, so as to distinguish it from the
others. Do bring a bottle of water with you since it is important to
stay
hydrated. We also sell filtered water at the studio for $1. We
recommend that you do not eat about an hour before class, and drink
plenty of water after class.
What to Wear
Yoga at Yoga Centers is best practiced in comfortable clothing and bare
feet.
We recommend that you wear shorts and a t-shirt or dance
style leggings and a t-shirt. Please do not wear buckles, belts, or
jewelery that will restrict your movement. Additionally, baggy clothing
is not suitable for a yoga class; it inhibits the instructor's ability
to check your alignment.
As a courtesy to other students, please do not wear perfumes or heavy
scents to class.
Parking
There are several parking spaces right in front of the studio, but if
they are all full, please park in the large lot in the center of Evans
Plaza. As a courtesy to our neighbors, please do not park in front of
other businesses.
